Hello! I'm Maider from Laskorain. Today I'm gonna write about one of my favourite books: Looking for Alaska.  This book is the first novel of Jonh Green, and it was published in March 2005. It won the 2006 Michael L. Printz Award from the American Library Association. During the week of July 29, 2012, Looking for Alaska broke into the New York Times best seller list at number ten Children's Paperback, more tham seven years after it was released. Despite it's literary succes, Looking for Alaska has often been challenged in public districts for content considered inappropiate. Here you have the prologue and the plot of the novel. "Miles Halter is fascinated by famous last words - and tired of his safe life at home. He leaves for boarding school to seek what the dying poet François Rebails called the "Great Perhaps".
